Cookie Notice
Cookies, local storage and similar technologies used on verstice.io
Effective date:
This Cookie Notice explains how Verstice uses cookies, local storage and similar technologies on verstice.io. It should be read together with our Privacy Notice.
1. Who we are
Verstice is operated by Nikita Mezhuiev, trading as VERSTICE, an Australian sole trader (ABN 33 221 700 979), based in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. Questions about privacy or this Notice may be sent to privacy@verstice.io.
2. What cookies and similar technologies are
Cookies are small text files stored by a website in your browser. Local storage is a browser feature that stores information on your device in a similar way. Privacy rules may treat cookies, local storage and other storage/access technologies similarly, so this Notice describes them together.
3. How we use them
We use storage technologies for authentication, security, account-interface functions, consent records and appearance preferences. We also use Vercel Web Analytics for website measurement only after analytics consent is given where our consent mechanism applies. We do not currently use advertising, behavioural-tracking or social-media advertising cookies.
4. Your choices
- Strictly necessary technologies are used because the website or a requested account/authentication function cannot work securely without them. They are not used for advertising.
- Analytics is disabled until you consent where consent is required or used by our implementation. You may reject analytics without losing access to core website and account functions.
- You can change your analytics choice through the “Cookie settings” control on the website.
- You can also delete cookies or local-storage data through your browser settings. Doing so may sign you out, reset preferences or require you to make your cookie choice again.

Our current configuration is intended not to identify a device for advertising or profiling. | Runs only while analytics consent is enabled; provider-side retention is governed by the configured analytics service |
6. Third-party sign-in
If you choose to sign in using Google or Microsoft, those providers may set or access their own cookies on their domains as part of authentication. Those cookies are controlled by the relevant provider and are governed by that provider’s privacy and cookie information. Verstice does not use Google or Microsoft sign-in cookies for advertising.
7. Analytics
Vercel Web Analytics is used only after consent in our current implementation. It is used to understand aggregate page usage, not for behavioural advertising. You can withdraw analytics consent at any time through Cookie settings; withdrawal applies going forward.
8. Browser controls
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies and clear local storage. If you block strictly necessary cookies, sign-in and some account functions may not work. Browser settings are separate from the Cookie settings control on our website.
9. Changes to this Notice
We may update this Notice when we add, remove or change storage technologies, analytics tools or other website functionality. The current version will be posted on verstice.io/legal with its effective date.
